- McCormick Taco Seasoning
- McCormick Chili Seasoning
- Cumin

- Salt

- Crushed Red Pepper
- Instant Rice (OPTIONAL – not in the chili served at Family Fun Day)
Instructions:
Brown ground turkey in frying pan. Add a little salt and pepper, and a whole bunch of McCormick Taco
Seasoning. Combine ground turkey with 2 – 12oz cans of diced tomato, and some Franks Red Hot, in
crock pot. Cook on high for one and a half hours, stirring occasionally. Dice green peppers, red
peppers, chili peppers, and red onion. Add to turkey and diced tomato already in crock pot. Also
add the cans of red, black, and pinto beans. Add a ton of McCormick Chili Seasoning. Also add some
salt, and lots of pepper. Add a few shakes of garlic powder, cumin, and crushed red pepper. Then
stir it all together. Continue to heat on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Continue to add
seasoning to taste. OPTIONAL – once complete reduce heat to low, and add a cup or two of instant
rice. Let cook for 5 – 10 minutes. This thickens the chili, makes it more filling, allowing it to
last longer without any negative impact on flavor. I do this when I don't feel like making dinner
for the next 10 days.
